For Evaluators

On Thursday, January 30th from 7-8pm, all Evaluators will attend a 1-hour training, where we will review the goals of the evaluation process, walk everyone through the grant submission and collaborative review processes, share best practices, and review past scenarios. Location details to come.

• Monday, March 17:  All evaluations will be submitted to Team Captains
• Friday, March 21: All evaluations will be submitted to the Executive Director

Agency Night allows the agencies to present their proposals to all evaluators in each service team. After hearing from the agencies within their team, evaluators then make a final funding recommendation for each agency, which the Team Captain will present to The Community Fund Evaluation Co-Chairs and Executive Committee

• The Executive Committee will review all applications.
• Co-Chairs will meet with all Team Captains.
• Allocation recommendations will be made to the Board.
• Board will vote.
