Proceeds from this year’s event will benefit the Eastchester Volunteer Ambulance Corps (EVAC). Eastchester Volunteer Ambulance Corps provides efficient and expeditious 24-hour Advanced Life Support (ALS) level emergency ambulance service to the Town of Eastchester and the Villages of Tuckahoe and Bronxville covering a population of nearly 50,000 including residents, visitors and merchants. As an ALS service with salaried paramedics on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, EVAC provides care that meets or exceeds national standards for the delivery of pre-hospital emergency medical services.
EVAC’s paramedics went out on over 3,300 calls last year alone. Let’s support the award-winning, “always there” service on which we all depend.
